The entire property has been designed to help you relax, rest, read, think and let yourself be carried away by the environment. For this purpose, there are different spaces around de property like “chill-out” corners, shaded spaces, benches, deck chairs and beds.
There is laundry services available prior consultation to our service team. La Joya de Cabo de Gata also has its own parking space shaded from the sun.
Breakfast
To wake up in one of our country homes, walk out into the porch and feel the soft morning light and the quietness all around, is also an invitation to start the day with a nice breakfast.
We offer a breakfast service at your own country home and at a time of your own choosing, as confortable as if you were in your own home, from June to September. You only need to tell us at the time of making your reservation or a few days prior to your arrival. Please, request a breakfast menu if interested. From October to June you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast at home on your own.
Therapeutic Massages
At our Arabic pavilion, you can receive therapeutic massages à la Carte, by reservation, before arriving at the farmhouse or when you are in it. Ask about prices, schedules and availability.
Our specialized therapist performs personalized therapeutic massages according to your personal characteristics and needs. In addition, in the Jin and Jan Square next to the pavilion, you will be able to do stretching guided by our specialist.
Pets
Pets are welcome to La Joya de Cabo de Gata. We understand how important it is to be able to travel with your loyal companion, we are confident that here, your pet will feel at home.
Cycling friendly
La Joya de Cabo de Gata is "cycling friendly". We have facilities equipped for cycling tourism. Consult in the corresponding section of the menu of this website.
Laundry and ironing
Laundry facilities are perfectly integrated in the environment including washing and ironing. They are available for the guests - prior consultation with our personal.
Parking
Five covered parking places are available to guests near the entrance of the estate.
Payment terms and conditions
General conditions
Full house rental/VAT included/ breakfast not included
Minimum stay in July and August: 5 nights
Minimum stay for rest of the year: 2 nights.
Supplementary charge for pet: 10 Euros per day
- Check-in time: Between 1 pm and 10 pm (Please advise us if you plan to arrive earlier)
- Check-out time 11am (You may request a late check-out)
Arrival time
Please advise of your arrival time as we do not have a reception as offered in a hotel. Call us around 30 minutes before your arrival at +34 619 15 95 87 so that we can welcome you.
No smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the cottages. Smokers can smoke in the garden.
Payment terms
Bank Transfer or Credit Card can make payment as follows:
- 30% deposit upon booking
- An additional 50% one month prior to reservation date
- 20% on arrival
Cancellation Policy
COVID 19: deposits made as an advance on any reservation that must be canceled due to the consequences of COVID19, will be returned without any penalty.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation notices received 30 days or more before your reservation date, will result in the loss of your 30% deposit
- Cancellation notices received in the 30 days prior to the reservation: full rate will be charged for the nights reserved.
- In the event that the customer leaves prior to the date specified in the reservation, we will charge the amount corresponding to the total number of nights booked without exception.
